At Grace Aesthetics and Wellness, we value your time and are committed to providing every client with exceptional care and attention. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect our scheduling policy.
Appointment Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments booked online. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list and looking for an earlier appointment time.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the appointment deposit.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit may be forfeited.
Card on File
A valid card may be required to remain on file to secure your appointment.
