At Grace Aesthetics and Wellness, we value your time and are committed to providing every client with exceptional care and attention. To ensure we can accommodate all clients effectively, we kindly ask that you review and respect our scheduling policy regarding appointment deposits.

Appointment Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments booked online. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This notice allows us to accommodate other clients on our waiting list who may be looking for an earlier appointment time.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the appointment deposit, as detailed in our no-show policy.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit, which aligns with our no-show policy to ensure fairness to all clients.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients. In some cases, we may need to reschedule, and the deposit could be forfeited.

Card on File

A valid card may be required to remain on file to secure your appointment.
